Do I need a ticket to attend?

Everyone is required to have a ticket to enter this event. Tickets available via 123tix. 

General Admission tickets are FREE. 

Or Level Up for just $30 to enjoy everything listed above PLUS front of stage access, your own merch and no lines to the Collie Hotel bar, Salt Bush Lamb food and amenities areas located within the Level Up ticket holders only area, but get in early as Level Up tickets are limited and selling fast!

Can I BYO?

This event is strictly NO BYO food, alcohol or soft drinks.

This is to help support our RED HOT Foodies & Bar Crew! 

Unopened (sealed) bottled water and infant supplies are allowed.

Is there seating?

There is limited seating available in the General Admission area.  Please feel free to BYO chairs & picnic blankets! 

For those who have Levelled Up - seating is provided, you are still welcome to bring your own if you would like!

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available next to the site, with entry to the parking area near the Gilgandra Museum.  

Please note: all those utilising parking in this zone will need to remove their vehicle by 7am on Sunday, 29 September 2024. 

A drop off zone is located at the front of the Coo-ee Heritage and Visitor Information Centre.

Buses

Regional buses throughout Real Country  

There are FREE buses running from our neighbourings regions to and from the event.  Whilst these buses are free, tickets are required and can be obtained via 123tix.

Local Event Loop

There is a local bus loop running throughout Gilgandra, with pickup locations including local pubs, clubs and accommodation providers. This loop is FREE and does not require any booking. Users are encouraged to provide a donation to local community groups for the use of this service which can be made via 123tix or on the bus.

Event timings & Location

Gates open at 2pm, and the event will conclude at 9:30pm with the fireworks display.

Kids Activities 2pm - 6pm:

• Jumping castle
• Face painting
• Mini bucking bulls
• Mechanical Bull (age/height limited)

6452 Newell Highway, Gilgandra, on the banks of the Castlereagh River, next to the Coo-ee Heritage & Visitor Information Centre.
