Terms and Conditions

• This event is limited to those who hold a valid ticket
• Only those who hold a VIP ticket will be allowed in the designated VIP area at the front of the stage
• This event will follow strict RSA practices, ID will be required
• GSC encourages attendees to utilise public transport to the event and have organised buses and trains to accommodate this, please book your spot on relevant transport
• Some onsite parking is available on a first come first serve basis. There will be traffic control directing this on the night, follow the direction of these staff
• There is to be no parking outside the designated parking areas and particularly not alongside the edge of the Newell Highway
• All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian
• Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name
• Camping at the event is forbidden, please stay in existing accommodation providers available on the event website
• Please contact GSC for Disabled or Ambulant access and seating
• GSC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If entry is refused or a person is asked to leave, no refund will be available
• GSC reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary advertised programs as necessary
