Coo-ee Heritage and Visitor Information Centre

Feel the Coo-ee spirit of mateship; the Coo-ee Heritage Centre (CHC) will give you a taste of our local art, history, produce and culture. Learn about the 1915 Coo-ee March, and follow the trail through Gilgandra.

Visit the Gilgandra Art Gallery, Coo-ee March Gallery, Joy Trudgett Gallery, Collison Gallery, Allan Wise Gallery, and the Australian Collection, and explore our murals to immerse yourself in art, history and culture. Collect a 'Gift from Gil' inside the Visitor Information Centre and taste some regional produce. At the deck situated at the rear of the building overlooking the Castlereagh River, you'll find Caffeinity Coffee & Wine Co with a selection of foods and beverages to enjoy as you explore.

You can also hire different areas of the CHC (including the deck, meeting room, and the full venue) for your own gathering or event! Contact the CHC via 6817 8700 or tourism@gilgandra.nsw.gov.au for more information.
