Tooraweenah CWA - 100th Birthday Celebration!

Tooraweenah CWA President, Cathryn Waller and Branch Members, invite you to come and celebrate the Tooraweenah CWA's 100th birthday!

When: Saturday, 12 April 2025

Time: From 10am to 3pm

Venue: Tooraweenah CWA Rooms, 15 Denham Street, Tooraweenah NSW (wet weather venue will be the Tooraweenah Memorial Hall, Bridge Street, Tooraweenah)

Program:

10am to 3pm - Long rolling brunch, including morning and afternoon tea, and lunch
11am to 1pm - Story telling, displays (all day), unveiling the centenary plaque on the rooms
1pm to 1.30pm - Centenary year cake cutting and 'Memories' booklet launch

A native tree has been planted in the Tooraweenah Park. A commemorative plaque will be unveiled on ANZAC Day (Friday, 25 April 2025), the day the Tooraweenah CWA Branch was formed.
