Gilgandra Shire Council, together with Gilgandra Lifestyles, is proud to celebrate 40 wonderful years of Cooee Lodge Hostel – a place of care, comfort, and community connection. 

To mark this milestone, we invite residents, families, and the wider community to a special 40th Birthday Celebration!

Enjoy light refreshments, coffee cart, The Frothy Filly mocktails, entertainment, face painting for the kids, and of course… birthday cake! 

This is a free community event – everyone is warmly encouraged to come along, celebrate, and share memories with past and present residents, families, and staff.
