Weekly Meditation and Relaxation Sessions!
When: Held every Wednesday night from 5.15pm - 6.30pm. Please be advised doors will be closed at 5.30pm.

Where: CWA rooms, 3 Warren Road, Gilgandra NSW 2827
Cost: FREE!
Need to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, etc. If you are unable to get down on the fround we will have chairs available (please advise when registering).
What should I expect: A 1 hour guided meditation that will help to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
No experience is necessary. You will practice different ways to mediate and learn how you can apply this in everyday situations to ground and centre yourself.
